Pricing & Hours

Minimum engagement: 20 hours ($2,800 AUD + GST).

This covers migrations for most small-to-medium businesses (up to approximately 15–20 users with standard mailbox sizes and a straightforward file structure). Additional hours are billed at $140/hour + GST.

All prices exclude GST. Complex environments (large mailboxes, public folders, legacy on-premises servers, hybrid configurations) may require a scoping call before a fixed price can be confirmed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?

For most small businesses (up to 15–20 users), the actual cutover happens over a single weekend with minimal disruption. The preparation work — tenant setup, pre-migration, user accounts, DNS changes — happens in the weeks beforehand during business hours without affecting your current email. You arrive Monday morning on Microsoft 365.

Will we lose any emails or files during the migration?

No. We run parallel migration passes that capture everything before cutover, including emails received right up to the moment your MX records switch. We verify data integrity before and after the cutover. Post-migration, we provide 5 business days of hypercare support to resolve any issues immediately.

Can you migrate us from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?

Yes — Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 is one of our most common migration types. We migrate Gmail to Exchange Online, Google Drive to SharePoint and OneDrive, and Google Calendar to Outlook Calendar. Your staff keep all their historical emails, files and contacts.

Do our staff need to do anything during the migration?

Very little. We handle all the technical work. Staff typically just need to reconfigure their Outlook profile on migration day — which we can do remotely — and may notice a brief window where new emails arrive in the new system. We provide a simple user guide for the handover.

What is included in the $2,800 fixed price?

The minimum 20-hour engagement covers full email, SharePoint and OneDrive migration for up to 15–20 standard users, tenant setup, user accounts, MFA, DNS records, Outlook configuration, and 5 days of post-migration support. For larger or more complex environments we scope first and provide a fixed-price quote before any work begins.
