All prices are exclusive of GST. GST is added at checkout.

Hardware Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty or 
damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@techauthority.shop.

All hardware products carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–3 years depending 
on the product). Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer or through 
us as your reseller — contact us and we'll facilitate the process.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on business hardware orders, in accordance with 
standard B2B purchasing terms. This does not affect your rights under the Australian 
Consumer Law.

Software & Subscriptions
Microsoft 365 and other cloud subscription licences are provisioned digitally and are 
non-refundable once activated. Please confirm user counts and licence types before 
ordering. We're happy to assist with sizing — contact us before purchase.

Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer 
Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation 
for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
