Cancellation Policy — Purchase Options & Subscriptions
Hardware Orders
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched
it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@techauthority.shop with
your order number.
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Subscriptions
Cloud licences are sold on an annual commitment basis in line with Microsoft's
licensing terms.
- Annual subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded once provisioned.
- Licence counts can be increased at any time; reductions take effect at the next
renewal date.
- Subscriptions will auto-renew unless you notify us in writing at least 30 days
before the renewal date.
We will send a renewal reminder at least 60 days before your subscription anniversary
date.
Changes to Subscription Quantities
To add or remove licences, or to discuss your renewal, contact us at
support@techauthority.shop and we will manage the change through the Ingram Cloud
portal on your behalf.
