Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of techauthority.shop ("the Site")
and any purchases made through it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
TechAuthority.shop is operated by Airdesk (ABN: 20567685639). We are an authorised
reseller of business technology products and Microsoft cloud licences in Australia.
2. Eligibility
This store is intended for business customers (B2B). By purchasing from us you confirm
that you are acquiring goods or services for business purposes, not as a consumer for
personal, domestic or household use.
3. Pricing & GST
All prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST at 10% is
applied at checkout. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Hardware prices are updated regularly based on live distributor pricing and may change
without notice. The price charged is the price confirmed at the time your order is
placed.
Cloud subscription prices are fixed at the rates listed and are reviewed periodically.
We will notify you of any price changes before your renewal date.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or
cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or
where we are unable to verify the order. You will be notified and any payment refunded
promptly if this occurs.
5. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods
displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
6. Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are
estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by our distribution partner or
carriers. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
7. Warranties
Hardware products carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product listing.
We do not provide any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers, except
as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Cloud licences are provided subject to Microsoft's (or the relevant vendor's) terms of
service. We make no warranty as to the availability or performance of third-party
cloud services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss or damage
arising from a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product
or service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may
have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Airdesk.
Product images and trademarks remain the property of their respective manufacturers.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be
published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
