Setup & Installation Fees

Standard installation: $0. For most existing business premises, there is no setup or connection fee regardless of which contract term you choose.

The following NBN Co fees may apply in exceptional circumstances and will always be disclosed to you before order confirmation:

• New Development Fee ($300): Applies if the premises has been recently built, rebuilt or sub-divided, or if nbn® equipment has never been installed there before.
• Subsequent Installation Fee ($297): May apply if a new physical installation is required at a premises where one has not previously been completed.
• Incorrect Call Out Fee ($165): Charged by nbn® if a technician attends and finds no fault, or the fault was caused by equipment on your side.

These are nbn® Co pass-through charges — not Airdesk fees. We will always confirm whether any of these apply before your order is processed.
