Standard business nbn® — TC4, asymmetric. Best for 1–50 staff.

NBN setup & installation fees

Standard installation $0 — included For most existing premises, regardless of contract term.
New Development Fee $300 if applicable New builds, sub-divided or never-connected premises only. Confirmed before order.
Subsequent Install Fee $297 if applicable If a new physical nbn® installation is needed. Confirmed before order.
Incorrect Call Out Fee $165 if applicable Only if a technician finds no fault on Airdesk’s side. Rare.

These are nbn® Co pass-through charges — not Airdesk fees. We confirm all charges in writing before processing your order.
