Free NBN Fibre (FTTP) Upgrade Check
Your business internet might already qualify for a free upgrade to full fibre.
NBN Co is progressively making free Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) upgrades available to more businesses on older copper-based connections. There's no cost to check, and no obligation if you do qualify — we'll just help you action it.
If your business is still running on Fibre to the Node (FTTN) or Fibre to the Curb (FTTC), there's a good chance you're sitting on infrastructure that's holding you back — slower speeds, more dropouts, and a hard ceiling on what your connection can do. Full fibre (FTTP) removes that copper bottleneck entirely, and for a growing number of addresses, the upgrade itself costs nothing.
How this works
Check your address
Use NBN Co's own official checker to confirm your connection type and whether a free FTTP upgrade is available at your address. Free, independent, takes about a minute.
Tell us what it found
Send us the result. If you're eligible, we'll help you action the upgrade. If you're not yet eligible, we'll let you know when that changes.
We handle the rest
No pressure, no pushy sales call. Just a straight answer on what's available to you and what it would take to move.
Step 1: Check your eligibility directly with NBN Co
This is the official, independent checker — not ours. We deliberately send you there first so you get a straight answer before talking to us.
Opens in a new tab. Have your full business address ready.
What to look for in your result
The checker will show you a connection technology. Here's roughly what that means for the free upgrade:
You're a strong candidate for a free upgrade. This is exactly who the program targets.
You're likely already on full fibre or close to it — there's nothing to upgrade here.
Different program entirely. Get in touch and we'll talk through your options separately.
Worth knowing: eligibility is determined solely by NBN Co, based on your exact address and the infrastructure already in your street — not by us, and not by any other provider. We can't override that, and we won't promise an upgrade we can't confirm. NBN wholesale pricing is also changing from 1 July 2026, so if you've been meaning to check your connection anyway, now's a sensible time.
Step 2: Tell us what the checker said
Once you've checked your address, fill this in and we'll follow up — usually within 1 business day.
