Who we are
TechAuthority is the online store of Airdesk — an Australian IT services business that has been helping small and medium businesses get the most out of their technology for over eight years. Where most IT resellers sell you a product and disappear, we stay. Our team handles the procurement, the setup, the migration, and the ongoing support — all under one roof.
We built TechAuthority because Australian SMBs deserve access to enterprise-grade technology at honest prices, with real humans behind the counter who understand what they're selling. No call centres. No offshore triage. Just straightforward IT help from people who know their stuff.
